A RARE 999-year leasehold residential redevelopment site at 32-38D Hillview Terrace will be jointly put up for sale by their owners at an indicative price of S$106 million, exclusive marketing agent Colliers said on Wednesday.
Comprising 14 contiguous terrace factories with a combined land area of 70,302 square feet, the site is zoned “residential” with an allowable gross plot ratio of 1.62 under the Urban Redevelopment Authority’s Master Plan 2019.
It is easily accessible via major roads such as Bukit Batok Road and Upper Bukit Timah Road, and is close by the Hillview, Bukit Batok and Bukit Gombak MRT stations.
The site is in close proximity to mature green spaces in the Bukit Batok Town Park, nearby shopping facilities as well as numerous primary schools located within a 1km radius.
Steven Tan, executive director of investment services at Colliers, said the site boasts “exciting potential” for developers to create a boutique residential development close to the nature reserve and parks, while offering the convenience of myriad amenities.
The tender for the site will launch on Sept 30 and close at 3pm on Nov 9.
